Starplayer TV Hollow
The Starplayer TV Hollow is a full hollow, dual pickup, 22 fret electric guitar, featuring arched top and back, bent sides and a 647mm scale.
Following the Starplayer TV Series essentials, this version also sports an arched spruce top combined with flamed maple sides and a breathtaking arched birdseye maple back.
Because hollow guitars have a voice of their own, the TV Hollow is equipped with two open and responsive Domino P90 pickups which perfectly underline the unique wooden tone of this instrument. To minimize feedback from the body, we designed a custom "Y" shaped component which supports the bridge and connects the top and back of the guitar. This results in a more feedback resistant construction while keeping the natural, distinct tone of an all hollow instrument.
All our instruments are fitted with our own hardware, which you will only find on a Duesenberg. We design it with attention to even the smallest details to create truly unique instruments from tuner buttons to jack plates.
Additionally, the Starplayer TV Hollow features a real pearloid pickguard and binding, giving it the classic look and feel of a vintage instrument but with all the modern features you would expect from Duesenberg.
All our fretboards are carefully pleked and finished by hand for optimum playability and the smooth feel they are famous for.
The Starplayer TV Hollow is available in a gorgeous Vintage Burst which is used on all parts of the guitar from top, back and sides to the neck and even the back of the headstock.
